Privacy Policy (English)

In short: what you lock, your schedules and your PIN stay on your iPhone. We have no accounts and no servers, and we never see which apps you lock. The free version shows ads from Google AdMob, which collects some device data as described below. LockPilot Pro has no ads.

1. Who we are

LockPilot is made by Vu Dinh Long, an independent developer in Vietnam ("we"). Contact: lockapppilot@gmail.com.

2. Data that stays on your device

Apps, categories and websites you choose to lock. LockPilot uses Apple's Screen Time framework (Family Controls). iOS gives the app only opaque tokens — LockPilot cannot read the names or contents of the apps you pick.
Lock groups, schedules, daily limits and settings.
Your PIN and recovery code, stored only as a salted hash in the iOS Keychain.

This information is stored on your iPhone (and shared only between LockPilot and its own extensions). It is never sent to us or to anyone else, and it is never used for advertising or analytics. Deleting LockPilot deletes it.

3. Face ID

Face ID is handled entirely by iOS. LockPilot only receives a yes/no result and never has access to your face data.

4. Purchases

LockPilot Pro is sold through Apple. Apple processes the payment; we never receive your payment details. The app checks your purchase status with Apple's StoreKit on your device.

5. Advertising in the free version (Google AdMob)

The free version shows full-screen ads inside LockPilot, provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect:

device identifiers, including the advertising identifier (IDFA) only if you allow tracking when iOS asks;
approximate location derived from your IP address;
ad interactions (for example, whether an ad was shown or tapped) and diagnostic data.

Google's AdMob SDK has no access to your lock settings or the apps you lock. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent through Google's consent form before personalised ads are shown. You can change tracking permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. How Google uses this data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

If you have LockPilot Pro, the ad SDK is not started and no ad data is collected.

6. Children

LockPilot is not directed to children under 13 and is rated 13+ on the App Store.

7. Your rights

Because we do not hold personal data on servers, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete — everything is on your device and is removed when you delete the app. For data collected by Google for advertising, see Google's privacy policy above. You may contact us at any time with questions.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.

Tóm tắt: những gì bạn khoá, lịch khoá và mã PIN đều nằm trên iPhone của bạn. Chúng tôi không có tài khoản, không có máy chủ và không bao giờ biết bạn khoá ứng dụng nào. Bản miễn phí có quảng cáo của Google AdMob, AdMob thu thập một số dữ liệu thiết bị như mô tả bên dưới. Bản LockPilot Pro không có quảng cáo.

1. Chúng tôi là ai

2. Dữ liệu chỉ nằm trên máy bạn

Ứng dụng, danh mục và trang web bạn chọn khoá. LockPilot dùng khung Thời gian sử dụng (Family Controls) của Apple. iOS chỉ đưa cho app các mã ẩn danh — LockPilot không đọc được tên hay nội dung ứng dụng bạn chọn.
Nhóm khoá, lịch, giới hạn thời gian và cài đặt.
Mã PIN và mã khôi phục, chỉ lưu dạng băm (có muối) trong Keychain của iOS.

Các dữ liệu này nằm trên iPhone của bạn (chỉ dùng chung giữa LockPilot và các phần mở rộng của chính nó), không bao giờ gửi cho chúng tôi hay bất kỳ ai, và không dùng cho quảng cáo hay thống kê. Xoá LockPilot là xoá hết.

3. Face ID

Face ID do iOS xử lý hoàn toàn. LockPilot chỉ nhận kết quả đúng/sai, không bao giờ truy cập dữ liệu khuôn mặt.

4. Mua hàng

LockPilot Pro được bán qua Apple. Apple xử lý thanh toán; chúng tôi không nhận thông tin thanh toán của bạn. App kiểm tra trạng thái mua bằng StoreKit của Apple ngay trên máy.

5. Quảng cáo trong bản miễn phí (Google AdMob)

Bản miễn phí hiện quảng cáo toàn màn hình bên trong LockPilot, do Google AdMob cung cấp. Để hiện và đo quảng cáo, Google có thể thu thập:

mã định danh thiết bị, gồm mã quảng cáo (IDFA) chỉ khi bạn cho phép theo dõi lúc iOS hỏi;
vị trí gần đúng suy ra từ địa chỉ IP;
tương tác với quảng cáo (ví dụ quảng cáo đã hiện hay đã bấm) và dữ liệu chẩn đoán.

Bộ công cụ AdMob không truy cập được cài đặt khoá hay danh sách ứng dụng bạn khoá. Ở EU, EEA, Anh và Thuỵ Sĩ, chúng tôi xin sự đồng ý của bạn qua biểu mẫu của Google trước khi hiện quảng cáo cá nhân hoá. Bạn đổi quyền theo dõi bất cứ lúc nào trong Cài đặt → Quyền riêng tư & Bảo mật → Theo dõi. Cách Google dùng dữ liệu: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Nếu bạn dùng LockPilot Pro, bộ công cụ quảng cáo không được khởi động và không có dữ liệu quảng cáo nào được thu thập.

6. Trẻ em

LockPilot không dành cho trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi và được xếp hạng 13+ trên App Store.

7. Quyền của bạn

Vì chúng tôi không lưu dữ liệu cá nhân trên máy chủ nên không có gì để truy cập, sửa hay xoá — mọi thứ nằm trên máy bạn và mất khi xoá app. Với dữ liệu Google thu thập cho quảng cáo, xem chính sách của Google ở trên. Bạn có thể liên hệ chúng tôi bất cứ lúc nào.

8. Thay đổi

Khi chính sách thay đổi, chúng tôi cập nhật trang này và ngày hiệu lực ở đầu trang.
